Terms of Service

These terms govern any organization’s use of Adryze OS, a unified business inbox and customer relationship platform operated by Adryze (“Adryze”, “we”, “us”), hosted at app.adryze.com. By creating an account or connecting a messaging channel, your organization (“you”, “your business”) agrees to these terms.

Adryze lets your business connect WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger to a single inbox, reply to customers, and optionally use an AI assistant and a Lead Analyzer to summarize and route conversations. Availability of individual channels depends on your organization’s plan and on the connected channel’s own platform (Meta, for WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger) staying available and in good standing.

• You are responsible for the accounts, Pages, and Instagram Business profiles you connect, and for complying with Meta’s own Platform Terms and commerce policies when messaging your customers through those channels.
• You are responsible for the conduct of the team members you invite into your organization and for keeping their credentials secure.
• You will not use Adryze to send unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive messages, or to message people who have not initiated contact with your business (except where the connected channel’s own policies explicitly permit it, e.g. WhatsApp template messages).

Adryze is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare) that Adryze depends on. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

You may stop using Adryze and disconnect any channel at any time from Profile → Connected Channels. We may suspend or terminate access to an organization that violates these terms or Meta’s Platform Terms in a way that puts other users or Adryze’s platform access at risk.
