Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: August 12, 2026
Who this is for
This page explains how to request deletion of data Adryze holds about you, whether you are a customer who messaged a business on Adryze via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger, or an Adryze OS user managing a business inbox. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
How to request deletion
Email support@adryze.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- If you are a customer of a business using Adryze: the phone number, Instagram handle, or Facebook Page/Messenger name you contacted the business from, so we can locate your conversation records.
- If you are an Adryze OS user: the email address on your Adryze account and your organization’s name.
We verify your identity directly before deleting anything — a customer’s deletion request is honored on the customer’s own say-so and does not require the business they messaged to approve it. For an Adryze OS account, we verify against the email on file.
What gets deleted
Once verified, we permanently delete the messages, contact record, conversation history, media files, and Lead Analyzer summaries tied to the identifier you provided (phone number, Instagram-scoped ID, or Messenger-scoped ID). If you request deletion of an entire Adryze organization, we delete all data scoped to that organization, including every connected channel’s conversation history and stored credentials.
Timeline
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Self-service alternatives
- An Adryze OS user can disconnect any messaging channel immediately from Profile → Connected Channels without emailing us. Disconnecting stops the channel from receiving new messages right away; it does not itself delete historical data — use the email request above for that.
- A customer can also revoke Adryze’s access to their own Facebook or Instagram account at any time directly through Meta, without contacting us: go to Facebook or Instagram Settings & Privacy → Accounts Center → Apps and websites (or Business Integrations), find Adryze, and select Remove. This stops Adryze from receiving any further messages from that account; it does not delete data we already hold — use the email request above for that.
